Anger Management Counselling |
| |
Many people feel overwhelmed by their experience of anger. Counselling can assist in developing positive ways of expressing anger which leads to both better mental health as well as better relationships. When anger is associated with violence, counselling can help to repair the damage which has been done to your relationships as well as supporting you to develop positive ways of dealing with your relationship and feelings, rather than using violence. |
