Life Supports offers individual, relationship and family counselling across a wide range of emotional and behavioural issues.

Whatever issue you bring to counselling, a Life Supports counsellor will work with you in a confidential and non-judgemental way to better understand the problem you are facing and to find an effective way of moving forward. The counsellor will help you make sense of yourself, your feelings and your behaviour and together you will identify new and helpful ways to deal with your challenges.
